The convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS), in force since 1983, is the only global convention focussed on the conservation of migratory species, their habitats and their migration routes.

The Constitution of Saint Kitts and Nevis ensures access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, peaceful assembly and association. It also provides constitutional guarantees in case the aforementioned rights are infringed. 

The Constitution of Belize ensures access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, peaceful assembly and association. It also provides constitutional guarantees in case the aforementioned rights are infringed.

The Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda ensures access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, peaceful assembly and association.

The Constitution of Guyana recognizes the right of every person to an environment that is not harmful to his or her health or well-being and the duty of every citizen to participate in activities designed to improve the environment and protect the health of the nation.

The Constitution of Dominica ensures access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, peaceful assembly and association. It also provides constitutional guarantees in case the aforementioned rights are infringed.

The Constitution of Trinidad and Tobago recognizes access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, assembly and association. Constitutional guarantees are provided for in case of infringement of such rights and freedoms.

The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), in force since 1975, aims to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not constitute a threat to their survival.

The Constitution of Grenada ensures access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, peaceful assembly and association. It also provides constitutional guarantees in case the aforementioned rights are infringed. 

The Constitution of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas ensures access to information and participation within the framework of the freedoms of expression, peaceful assembly and association. It also provides constitutional guarantees in case the aforementioned rights are infringed.
