A permit holder shall submit an annual report to the Authority which shall include, among other information: type, characteristics and quantity of each type of waste generated, and the method of treatment, recovery or disposal for each type of waste generated.

These Rules apply to the generation, processing, treatment, packaging, storage, transportation, collection, disposal, recovery, recycling or other activities related to the management of waste other than radioactive waste.
